Reservation Policies

Secure your holiday

All bookings are subject to availability.

Depending on your type of Membership your booking window will be either 12 or 18 months in advance.  We advise that you maximise your booking window to secure the holiday dates and location of your choice.

All privilege resort bookings have a 12-month booking window.

If you have a floating charter Membership, please note your week is automatically carried over into the following year but must be used by 31st December.

Please ensure any special requirements are disclosed at the time of booking in order for us to meet your needs, for example highchairs/cots, mobility etc.  It will not always be possible to fulfill these needs if disclosed at a later date and our aim is to avoid disappointment.

1.Smoking

We operate a strict ‘no smoking’ policy at all Seasons properties.  Charges will be incurred if damage is caused or if anyone is found to be, or has been, smoking in any of our accommodation

2.Pets

We are unable to accommodate pets at any of our resorts and therefore operate a strict no pet policy.

3.Swimming

In the interest of safety we operate a No Lone Swimming Policy at all of our resorts.  This policy is not meant to cause upset to any of our Members or guests, it is there to minimise risk and danger to users of the swimming pool.

4.Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available in some communal areas within each of our resorts free of charge. The facility is not subject to any security or filtering measures and we therefore recommend parental supervision when used by children. We reserve the right to disclose your name and address to our internet service provider if we discover that you, or a Member of your party, have illegally downloaded content from the internet or otherwise engaged in unlawful activity whilst using this facility.

5. Check In & Out

At each of our resorts the check in time is 4pm and check out time is by 10am on your day of departure, we respectfully request that you ensure a prompt departure to enable us to prepare for future guest arrivals.

6.Transport

It is important that the traveling party have a vehicle to get to your destination and to and from the surrounding areas. Travel to your destination resort is the guest responsibility.  Parking is available at each of our resorts, your vehicle and the contents within are your responsibility, you must lock your vehicle securely and remove all valuable items on parking. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage caused.

7.Insurance

We recommend to all of our guests that once the booking is confirmed, they seek a third party to take out an insurance policy to cover the holiday booking.

8.Driving

Please ensure safety when arriving at or departing the resort, please adhere to the speed limits that are in place for the safety of all other guests and staff.

9.Accommodation

An accommodation inventory list is provided in your accommodation on arrival, we reserve the right to charge you for any extra cleaning, missing items or damage.

10.Occupancy

We respectfully request that occupancy numbers for accommodation is adhered to. The maximum number of guests in each accommodation must not be exceeded, babies and infants must be included in the party numbers.  We reserve the right to deny access to those who over occupy.

11.Seasons Country Club Membership

Country Club Membership provides entry to the Leisure Facilities for a maximum number and this corresponds to the Member’s Ownership and occupancy rights. Additionally at least one Owner (and therefore Country Club Member) must be in the group.

It follows therefore than an Owner/Member with occupancy rights to a sleep 4 unit is allowed to bring 3 guests with him/her. If both Owners/Members are using the facilities, they may bring 2 guests with them.
