
How do I make a reservation?
Bookings can be requested up to 12 months in advance, to visit a Seasons Resort,
simply call our reservations department on 01994 426 000 or email, reservations@seasonsholidays.com.

How do I bank my week (s) with
Interval International?
In order to speed up bookings with Interval International, Seasons members need
not contact Membership Services. Initially, If you want to check availability,
simply contact the Exchange Department at Interval via telephone 0208 336 9300
or website www.intervalworld.com,
inform them you have a week (s) available on ‘payback’ Interval will
then go ahead and check availability and if available confirm the reservation
for you - provided you have the weeks available to use. Remember it is very important
that you inform them you have weeks available on ‘payback’.

Important Resort Information
Please remember that a car really is a necessity
when visiting any of Seasons Resorts in the British
Isles, or Forest Hills on the Costa del Sol and Mar da Luz in the Algarve. This
also
applies to many of our affiliate resorts – so please check when making
the reservation.

Is there a restaurant at Knocktopher
Abbey?
At present, there is no bar or restaurant on-site at Seasons Knocktopher Abbey.
However, within five minutes walk of the resort, there are two pleasant village
pubs, one of which serves food seven days a week, plus two shops. In addition,
Kilkenny (20 minutes drive) offers a huge choice of restaurants, bars and pubs.

How do I bank my Seasons weeks internally for future use?
Only members with Charter benefits can bank their weeks.
If you do not use your week in the relevant management fee year, your week will automatically be carried over in to follow year,
after paying the relevant management fee.
You then have until December 31st of the following year to make use of that week.
Internal banking is not available to Go premier members.

Can I only book one short break at one time?
Yes – in fairness to all members, you can only book
one short break at a time - per week owned. So in other words, if you own two
weeks, you can book two short breaks at one time. Whatever the case, further
breaks can only be booked after you return from your break(s).

What are the benefits of the Interval
International ‘pay back’ scheme?
In order to speed up bookings with Interval International,
Seasons members need not contact Seasons Membership Services initially.
If you want to check whether the week(s) you want are available at
the Interval resort of your choice, you can contact Interval via telephone
or their website. Then, if the resort week(s) are available, you can
go ahead and book direct without coming back to Seasons first, as long
as your maintenance fee has been paid for the relevant year.

What changes have been made to Seasons
maintenance fees and why?
In response to the request from a large number of
members the facility to pay annual fees by Direct Debit Payments is
now available, payable over three months (the Direct Debit facility
is not available to go seasons members). For further

Sorry, no pets
All members are politely reminded that Seasons operate a strict 'no pets' policy
at all their resorts and affiliate resorts worldwide.

Smoking policy
There is a strict ‘no smoking’ policy in the clubhouses, restaurants, resort reception areas and holiday cottages and apartments themselves. This is in line with the no smoking laws enforced in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, which states that smoking is not allowed in the workplace. This is because, for legal purposes, they are treated as enclosed places of work, since housekeeping has to clean the accommodation every week. There are suitable ashtrays near the units at all the resorts for members who wish to smoke.
