Turtle Reef Club is situated on sub-tropical Hutchinson
Island, a narrow strip of land 16 miles long, facing
the Indian River to the west, and the Atlantic Ocean
to the east. Here you’ll find an endless selection
of touring and recreation opportunities, including miles
of open private beaches mixed with public facilities,
with rental boats and full service marinas only minutes
away from the club.
Jensen Beach’s ‘Treasure Coast Square’ shopping
centre features major department stores, a food court, 6 cinemas
and a variety of shops. Taxis are available for local trips, but
it is recommended that you rent a car, as there is so much to see
and do within easy range.
For instance, the resort is conveniently located less than three
hours drive from Walt Disney World, Epcot Centre, MGM Studios, Universal
Studios, Sea World, Orlando and Cape Canaveral to the
north, and only 40 scenic miles from Palm Beach and a little further
from Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the amazing Everglades to the south. |
